Nothing could be more appropriate than to show the work of talented interior designers within the context of such an important landmark as Manhattan House” explains Dolly Lenz, Vice Chairman of Prudential Douglas Elliman, who is spearheading the sales and marketing effort for O’Connor Capital.

According to Charlotte Moss, one of this year’s Kips Bay designers, “I am very excited about this new approach Kips Bay is taking! It is a modern space that represents the way most people live today.
