Bavaria´s new Deep Blue 46, which was designed in close cooperation with BMW Group DesignworksUSA, a subsidiary of the BMW Group, takes the next exciting step following the premiere in January 2009: the first Deep Blue 46 SportTop has been delivered to its owner.

The centrepiece of the Magnificent Jewels auction series - an important and rare fancy vivid blue, internally flawless, cushion-shaped diamond weighing 7.03 carats from Petra Diamonds’ historic Cullinan mine – realised $9,488,754 (CHF 10,498,500 / €7,024,336) against a pre-sale estimate of $5.8-8.5 million (CHF 6.8-10 million*).

MICHIGAN CITY, Ind. -- The skyline of this lakefront town has gained a definitive signature. The Blue Chip Casino & Hotel, which is owned by Boyd Gaming Corporation, opened its new, 22-story hotel tower Jan. 22 as part of a $130 million expansion project that also includes two restaurants, an event center and spa. The tower stands out with bright blue and silver curved glass.
